On March 10, 2011, Nanjing Allied Rongda signed with Quzhou Yuanli on wet spraying for1 # 450m3 blast furnace lining. Lining repair project started operating, this project adopted a new self-developed technology of blast furnace lining shotcrete, which has been implemented in seven blast furnace lining repair project domestic and abroad.
This construction materials weighed 145 tons, and it took seventeen hours’ continuous spraying from cleaning of furnace inner to the end. Equipment was operated continuously and stably.
Project Review: On March 1, 2011, our company signed with Quzhou Yuanli on wet spraying for blast furnace lining and started operating on lining repair project. After shotcrete the materials were bonded strong with a smooth surface, without phenomenon of shedding and broken mark after blow-in, which has been highly appreciated by users.
