Since December 2, 2010, Beijing Allied Rongda Engineering Material Co., LTD using a new self-developed technology of blast furnace lining shotcrete, made No.3 blast furnace lining 580m3 in Tianjin RongCheng Rockcheck Steel Co., Ltd, under construction of shotcrete. After that Blast furnace put into use 4 months and the refractory lining is currently intact. RongCheng Rockcheck Steel Co., Ltd RongGang decided to adopt Beijing Allied Rongda’s new technology of shotcrete again on the inner 450m3 no.1 bf lining’s maintenance.
March 23,2011,Beijing Allied Rongda spraying engineering department Team.2 organized this project, from 13:00 on the 23rd to 8 am on the 24th ,during which they kept spraying except the four hours when they stopped to coordinate party A to check the furnace type. The actual spraying time was 15 hours, the amount of spraying materials was 115 tons and the average was 8 tons / hour.
The successful completion of this project marks Allied Rongda’s construction technology tends to be mature. At present the company has four sets of spraying equipment, two spraying engineering teams, and has fully satisfied the need of the domestic spraying projects.
