On August 19, 2011, Allied Rongda successfully finished the shotcrete construction of Tang Steel 3200m3 BF enclosure. It took 1hour and 40minutes during the shotcrete.6 tons of materials were used, and the rebound rate was lower than 8%.The thickness of shotcrete is even with smooth surface. The equipment is RGL-1 refractory castable shotcrete equipment, which is operating continuously, stably and the overall effect is good.
