On November 13, 2011, Allied Rongda took shotcrete technology on lining repairing of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group 1st Metallurgical Dedusting Ironmaking Shaft Furnace in China, which achieved a complete success. 30 tons of shotcrete materials were used in the hearth repairing. The furnace hearth thickness was repaired from the remaining 200 ~ 280 mm to 580 ~ 600 mm after four hours mechanical shotcrete. Finally, after three days firing, it was put into production use ahead of time.
