On February 3rd, 2012, Allied Rongda company took shotcrete construction on Rockcheck Steel Group co., LTD 2#580m3 BF lining. The new type II manipulator was used with 17 hours continuous shotcrete, using 150 tons materials with a bounce rate less than 5% and after shotcrete the furnace shape recovered well, which had passed the acceptance of party A. The construction time from the material production, and transportation and installation of the equipment and site construction was just 48 hours, which made a record of the shortest time. By now, Allied Rongda has taken lining shotcrete construction for five blast furnaces.
