In early March 2017, The proposal of Shougang Jingtang 2 # 5500m3 blast furnace tuyere integral casting and full lining shotcrete program designed by Beijing Allied Rongda Engineering Co., Ltd, after layer by layer screening, approved by experts, and Rongda finally won the bidding.
The winning projects include: top air cover shotcrete, full lining shotcrete, tuyere zone casting, cooling stave grouting, iron mouth area grouting and so on, the total amount of material is about 700 tons.
After winning the bid, Allied Rongda Group attaches great importance to set up the project department, developed a rigorous technical solutions, installation programs and a variety of plans to ensure that Shougang Jingtang 2 # 5500m³ blast furnace repair project successfully completed.
After winning the bidding, in order to ensure the project duration and installation quality, Engineering Department of Allied Rongda organized the construction rehearsal many times.

The Shougang Jingtang 5500m³ blast furnace repair project is another successful application of Allied Rongda blast furnace longevity refractory series technology on the giant blast furnace.
