The renovation project of Qujing Xinchuang 630m³ blast furnace slag flushing ditch was closed at 6 a.m. of March 23, 2018, and the planned wind shutdown was 24 hours. The revamping of the slag ditch was 16 meters in length. Due to the short time task, the engineering and technical personnel of our company are fully prepared for the installation plan ahead of time. In March 23rd, 3 p.m., take over, hanging net, and casting installaion, completed the integral casting installation at 6 a.m. on the 24th morning. It took 18 hours to complete the maintenance task with high quality and high efficiency! It has been highly appraised by the leaders of Xinchuang iron-making. The acceptance has been completed and the blast furnace has resumed production smoothly.
