On March 25, 2018, Hunan Valin Lianyuan Steel 2200 m3 blast furnace refractory material shotcrete project. After receiving the notification, our company immediately called the production and transportation department, the technical research institute and the engineering department to arrange the material delivery, installation organization, technical quality and so on, to ensure the high standard and high efficiency to complete the installation task. The Lianyuan 2200 BF overhaul project involved about 400 tons of refractory material including high alumina injection material, high heat conduction castable and shotcrete. Entrance on March 26, 2018, workers began to installation, using large telescopic gun to make shotcrete lining, after 3 days and 2 nights, on March 29, 2018, ended smoothly, after the shotcrete, the materials is firmly combined, the surface level off is smooth, no fall off and break mark after blowing on, get the user's consistent high praise.
