On April 8th, 2018, 1#1380m3 blast furnace of Liaoning Yingkou Jiachen Steel blow off. Allied Rongda undertake the shotcrete project in the furnace, through the production and transportation department of the company, the technical research institute and the engineering department, the material production and delivery, the installation organization, the technical quality and so on are arranged carefully, to ensure the high standard and high efficiency to complete the installation task. Entrance on April 11, 2018, workers began to wash the furnace, due to the complexity of furnace condition, manual shotcrete was adopted. It lasted 3 days and 2 nights. In April 13th, it ended smoothly. The material was bonded firmly and the surface was smooth.
