llied Rongda completed the general contracting project of No.1 blast furnace maintenance of Yunnan Yuxi Yukun Iron and Steel Group recently. The medium scale repair starts on January 28, 2021 and ends on February 21, 2021. After receiving the task, it was during the Spring Festival and COVID-19 control period. In order to ensure the safety, efficiency and quality of this repair task, in the preliminary preparation of the project, all links were carefully prepared and strictly deployed, the construction network was real-time rehearsed, the construction difficulties were timely prepared, and the preparation work of the project was solidly done.
Yukun 1#650m³ blast furnace general contract project scope includes: salamander tapping, hearth cleaning; casting and replacement of cermet pre hanging slag skin; removal of refractory materials without cold zone, replace new cooling stave furnace skin, opening and transformation of water supply and return pipes outside the furnace; repair and casting hot air pipes; hearth casting; relining shotcreting, replace the iron filings of cooling stave and grouting.
