  1.1981-1985 Study in Xian University of Architecture and Technology,Majored in Refractory, for Bachelor

     Degree.

  2.1985-1987 Work as an teacher in the university.

  3.1987-1990 Study in Nanjing University of Technology,Majored in Physi -chemistry of Material, for

     Master Degree.

  4.1990-1992 Work as a researcher in Beijing Research institute ofMetallurgy and Construction.

  5.Quit job in Nov., 1992 and establish my own first company—Beijing Rongda New material Co. Produce

     and sale unshaped refractories and high performance concrete to the customers of Iron and Steel

     Making industry.

  6.In 1996, turn the first company into the new company –Beijing Allied Rongda Engineering Material

     Co., Ltd. Till now the same products and same customers.

  7.And Now I have several branch companies located in different part of China.

  8.During the time from 1999 to 2005, I finished the study and researchcourses for my Ph.D in Beijing

     University of Science and Technology.
