   Work Experience:

   1983 Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research; Do the research about refractory materials; topic

   leader of the research team on refractory materials of silicon carbides; do work like researching,

   manufacturing, and technology-popularizing; instruct more than ten refractory plants of silicon

   carbides on their establishment, manufacture and technology and so on.

   Technical Expertise:

   1.Silicon oxynitride, silicon nitride, Sialon-bonded silicon and senior refractory materials of

   corundum used for linings of large blast furnaces. 

   2.Refractory materials of senior silica-silicon carbide, cordierite-mullite, mullite-corundum、

   mullite-corundum-silicon carbide used for senior kiln furnitures.

   3.Well posted up in refractory castables of silicon carbide and refractory materials of kiln furnitures.

   Achievements in Scientific Research:

   Take over tackling key subjects on technology (refractory materials) of "7th Five-Year Plan", "8th

   Five-Year Plan", "9th Five-Year Plan" ant other key subjects at provincial level.

   Receive the third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize

   of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry.

   Get first prize for outstanding papers in National Youth Conference on Refractory Materials.

   Get the award for outstanding papers of youth from Chinese Society for Metals.
